I know she’s with God.
I know she’s in a better place.
I know she’s not hurting anymore.
But eleven days, cancer? That’s all I got to say goodbye? Eleven days?
I’m glad for her. I’m glad she didn’t have to linger. I know she was ready.
Still. That’s not nearly enough time to say goodbye.
I’m so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you. Big internet (((hugs))) to you.
No. It isn’t. But I can also tell you that 12 months wouldn’t have been enough time either. Never enough time.
I wish you’d had more time.
Peace and strength to you. I’ll be thinking of you. xx
Oh, Becky. I am so, so sorry.
There is never enough time. The best you can do is to tell your loved ones, OFTEN, that you love them. Do it right. this. minute.
We’ll wait.
Now.
Go do it again.
love, A
I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. 🙁
I’m not sure we ever have enough time…
So sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts.
I’m so sorry Becky. I had years to get used to my parents dying, both of different cancers. Didn’t make it any easier even though we’re not a close family.
Oh Becky. Oh.
I’m so, so sorry…
I am sorry for your loss.
I am so sorry….
So sorry. Saying good-bye is never easy and we never really get used to them being gone. Just console yourself that she did not have weeks or months to suffer; it is the best we can offer. Hugs, love and prayers.
